Position Overview

As a Technical Sales and Support Analyst, you will play a central role in ensuring our operations run smoothly while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will manage our client support systems, streamline processes, and act as a bridge between clients and our product/engineering teams.

Having geotechnical engineering knowledge or experience is a plus, but it's not necessary—our ability to innovate is strengthened by having industry outsiders. What's more important is that you are obsessive, scrappy, product-focused, and an excellent communicator. Once you dig in, you probably feel an irrational urgency to get to a finished product as soon as possible (sometimes after standard work hours).
